Betty Regeana Atkinson, age 63, of Greenfield, Ohio passed away on Thursday, August 15, 2024 at Adena Fayette Medical Center in Washington C.H. She was born June 17,1961 in Washington C.H., Ohio, the daughter of Palmer and Doris (Castle) Caudill. She had her Bachelor's in Accounting and Business Administration and was co-owner of C & C Innovations Company of Washington C.H. Her family was her life, as well as her Yorkshire terrier "Lucy", and she was about to become a great-grandmother. She is survived by husband, Charles Kelley Atkinson, Sr. whom she married on April 19, 1980; one daughter, Christee Sweitzer of Greenfield; one son, Charlie (Carlie) Atkinson of Coolville; one grandson, Caden Sweitzer (Zoe Fierman) of Washington C.H.; one granddaughter, Chloe Sweitzer of Greenfield; and mother, Doris Caudill of Greenfield.
